It was just a few pinches and then clapping, the whole time. My shoulders and lower back were the most sore, but they completely ignored the tender spots near my shoulder blades and underarms. They didn't even touch my arms. The shoulder massage had no effect at all, there was no pressure applied, and the same goes for my lower back. It just felt like they were going through the motions. A traditional Chinese massage should involve kneading, acupressure, but this masseur either lightly pinched a few times or paused on a spot for a few seconds—what good is that?
